Singular Vision Corporate plan - is a comprehensive plan. It includes the core elements; the topline objective, reasonable goals, the corporate strategy and tactics as well as the Mission and Vision statements, the market opportunity, competitors and many other critical elements that your executives request.
Department - is a streamlined plan. It includes the four bedrocks of a departmental business plan: the topline objective to target that supports the corporate objective, the measurable goals to achieve, the strategy they will and the tactics which are the action items to make the organization productive.

How long does it take?
The comprehensive Singular Vision business plan - Kenn will work with you and your team as long as it takes. It can be completed in 1 to 2 hours. Kenn will stay with you to complete the business plan document and email it to you at the end of the session.
The Department version - can be completed in 10-15 minutes per department. It includes clear goals that supports the corporate objective. It will elevate accountability in the organization. It will also provide confidence within financial partners and give guidance your management and employees.
