Singular Vision - corporate

You will have the completed business plan same day.

The Department business plan focuses on the top essential elements that supports the corporate objective. It defines four fundamental components: Objective — What do we want to accomplish to support the corporate objective? Goal — What measurable result will define success? Strategy — How will we achieve the objective? Tactics — What specific action steps will we take?
The beauty of this is the focus on the corporate objective and accountability. All employees in the department will know the top line objective and how it supports the corporate plan. Each will have a tactical plan with their action steps.
A good practice is having a departmental morning huddle where everyone offers, 'what are the obstacles that are hindering you from doing your job'. No discussion. That manager will solve the issue an speak with the employee later.

Personnel should have a quick review every month. Data and activity reports should be kept. Challenges and successes should be discussed and documented. Targets for the next month's activities should be the personal objective. Tactics could include outside education, employee mentoring meetings as well as one-on-one with the manager.
